Exclusive Manufacturing. Our Own Brand. Room to Grow.
Carolina Pellet Systems combines exclusive Power Pellets manufacturing rights for Martlin Distributing with unrestricted distribution under our own Carolina Pellets brand. Our initial location is planned for Hickory, North Carolina, with expansion driven by sales and distribution demand.
Two Complementary Business Channels
These channels share the same production infrastructure while serving distinct markets and building independent revenue streams.
Power Pellets Manufacturing
Exclusive manufacturing rights to produce Power Pellets for Martlin Distributing — a multimillion-dollar anchor customer that provides a defined commercial foundation for the manufacturing business.
Carolina Pellets Sales & Distribution
Our own Carolina Pellets branded bags and bulk products, sold through direct accounts, dealers and distributors with unrestricted distribution rights.
Manufacturing
Power Pellets. Martlin Distributing. Exclusive Manufacturing Rights.
Martlin Distributing is a multimillion-dollar anchor customer that provides a commercial foundation for the manufacturing side of Carolina Pellet Systems. Carolina Pellet Systems holds exclusive rights to manufacture Power Pellets for Martlin — a relationship that establishes production purpose, market access, and a defined revenue base from day one of operations.
The scope and structure of this arrangement reflect a serious, committed commercial relationship between two businesses with aligned interests in product quality and market growth.

Our Brand
Our Name on the Bag. Our Opportunity to Grow.
Alongside manufacturing Power Pellets for Martlin Distributing, Carolina Pellet Systems can produce and sell pellets under its own Carolina Pellets name — through its own channels, on its own terms, with unrestricted distribution rights.
This means Carolina Pellet Systems can build its own brand recognition, customer relationships, and distribution network in parallel with the Martlin manufacturing business.
Industrial Applications
Where Power Pellets and Carolina Pellets Perform
Coal Ash & Remediation
Coal ash and remediation materials often contain free liquids that complicate handling, transport, and disposal. Solidification with pelletized superabsorbent polymer can improve workability and support compliant waste management. Application testing is required to determine appropriate product selection and dosage.
Drilling & Hydro-Excavation
Drilling mud and hydro-excavation slurry present liquid-control challenges at job sites and disposal facilities. Pelletized polymer can reduce free liquid content and improve slurry handling. Performance depends on the specific waste stream — field or lab testing determines the right approach.
Wastewater & Sludge
Municipal and industrial sludge, tank cleanouts, pit and sump contents — these liquid-bearing waste streams require effective solidification before transport or disposal. Pelletized superabsorbent polymer offers a practical, measurable approach. Dosage and product selection should be confirmed through application testing.
Industrial Services
Industrial waste handling, liquid control in confined spaces, and emergency spill response all benefit from fast-acting, high-capacity absorbents. Carolina Pellet Systems products are designed for demanding industrial environments. Testing with your specific waste stream is the right starting point.
Product selection and dosage depend on application testing. Carolina Pellet Systems does not guarantee performance in untested waste streams.
Manufacturing Process
Built for Consistency. Designed for Industrial Demands.
Qualify Fiber
We source wood and approved agricultural fiber that meets our feedstock specifications. Consistent raw material quality is the foundation of consistent product performance.
Formulate & Pelletize
Fiber and superabsorbent polymer are blended to specification and pelletized for uniform size, density, and absorption characteristics.
Test & Package
Each production lot is tested against written specifications. Lot traceability supports quality assurance for industrial customers. Packaging formats include bulk truckloads, 2,000-pound supersacks, and 40-pound bags.
Distribute
Products ship in the format that fits the customer's operation — bulk, supersack, or bagged — through Martlin Distributing for Power Pellets and through Carolina Pellets channels for our own brand.
Location & Expansion
Starting in Hickory. Growing With Demand.
Carolina Pellet Systems is establishing its initial manufacturing facility in Hickory, North Carolina — a region with strong access to regional fiber, transportation infrastructure, and industrial supply chain resources.
Additional locations and production capacity will be developed as growth in sales, distribution coverage, and customer demand warrants. We are not building ahead of the market. We are building with it.

Future Opportunities
A Platform for Future Product Opportunities
The current product line — Power Pellets and Carolina Pellets — is ready for commercial qualification and sale. The manufacturing platform also creates a foundation for future product development opportunities. These are development-stage opportunities that require qualification before commercial release.
Enhanced Polymer Dosing
Different polymer dosing levels formulated for specific application requirements and waste stream characteristics.
Alternative Fiber Carriers
Alternative biomass and qualified paper-based fiber carriers as feedstock for pellet production.
Specialized Polymer Chemistries
Different polymer chemistries designed for specialized waste streams and application environments.
Smaller Packaging Formats
Retail and contractor packaging formats for smaller-volume users and new distribution channels.
Clean Wood Bedding Pellets
Additive-free wood pellets for animal bedding applications in agricultural and equine markets.
Heating Pellets
Additive-free heating pellets for domestic and export markets, leveraging the same regional fiber supply chain.
